Lucy's response to everything lately seems to be "Oh my goodness!" I asked her where she got it from, she said "Ms. Iween" (Ms. Eileen, her teacher at school), but who knows for sure. Dave and I don't typically say it. It's so funny to hear such a big phrase come out of such a little girl!
Lucy loves to play in the closet in our bedroom. She has a stool that she uses for brushing her teeth that we keep in there. Sometimes we'll turn on the light and she'll fiddle in the closet. Tonight she asked Dave to come in the closet with her. She sat down and said "Talk about Daddy?" So they talked about sheep, cows, and going to sleep. At one point she wanted to pray. So they did. He would try to leave and she would say "Talk moh (more) Daddy!" She loves her Daddy so much!
We have a date tomorrow. Yeah! We're planning on going to the annual Parade of Homes. How great is Dave that he wants to go with me and make that our date? The houses down here are decked out! The lots are typically very small (less than .2 of an acre), but the houses are huge with even bigger price tags. All of them look like Pottery Barn models. I can't wait to see them!
