We went to see Dave's family Saturday and Sunday. We had a great time. The kids did really well this time. Gus woke up at 3:30 and really thought it was time to get up. It took about an hour to get everyone back to sleep. In the middle of the night Lucy started talking in her sleep about the letter R and then the letter M. She really does have the alphabet on her mind all the time! She karaoked for the first time this weekend! Lucy can belt out the alphabet and loved the micwasone (microphone) . She would start to sing into it and then the microphone would end up in her mouth and all wet, so she would wipe it off on her shirt and say "Ickies. Micwasone aww (all) wet! Dwy (dry) it oss (off) with my shut (shirt)." Lucy got a little leotard and ballet slippers. Adorable! Gus got Hokey Pokey Elmo. Both are huge hits!
Today was a low-key day. We went to the store to get food for tomorrow and then we went to church at 5. Lucy helped me make cookies for Santa and we set them out with some milk. Tomorrow morning will be so much fun!
